At Losaquis, each piece is made to order as part of a unique artistic experience. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, personal preference, or customer error.
Replacements or refunds for damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to make it right.
To process a free replacement, please:
- Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
- Include a clear photo of the item and a brief description of the issue
- Provide your order number
Once the issue is verified, we will send you a replacement at no cost or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the case.
Cases where we do not offer refunds or returns
- Mistakes made when selecting size, color, or design
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Shipping delays caused by external factors (weather, customs, etc.)
- Items with no quality or production issues
Estimated resolution time
Refund or replacement cases are processed within 3 to 7 business days after the issue is confirmed.
